Our Interiors Division has a proven track record of executing stunning designs that both meet code requirements and withstand the most challenging conditions. We have our own fabricator of furniture and loose goods in the heart of Italy’s world renowned shipbuilding industry, with teams of skilled craftsmen who can create custom fabrications in wood, metal and engineered materials. We can also tap into local resources if and when it makes sense.
Ballast Water Treatment Systems
Trident BMC have installed ballast water treatment systems on cruise ships, commercial vessels and ferries. Our team is fully certified for BWTS installation and we offer ship inspections, 3D scanning and basic evaluations and detailed engineering in order to provide a service offer within days.
Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems
We are especially passionate about our environmental work, and proud to be helping our customers and the industry reach the IMO’s 0.5% Global Sulphur Cap. Plus, the size of the equipment and the vessels, and the technical complexity of these projects, is challenging.
Boiler Repair and Services
We know how important it is to keep your boilers working efficiently. In order to limit disruption and downtime, our “flying squads” can travel to your vessel and manage repairs whether in a shipyard or underway. We have worked with every type of boiler, and on every type of vessel – from cruise ships and ferries to tankers and container ships.
Energy Management Technology
Advances in automation technology enables ship operators to achieve significant energy savings by optimising HVAC and fluid machinery. Trident BMC is an expert in ship optimization with decades of know-how in designing efficient HVAC plant, paired with smart automation and benchmarking systems. HVAC
We design and deliver advanced HVAC technology, with focus on comfort, safety and efficiency, to the marine and offshore markets. Through the complete lifecycle of the vessel, rig or platform, our solutions are backed by a global network of after-sales service and support. We offer HVAC design, equipment supply, installation, commissioning, spare parts, upgrades and repairs.
Offshore Oil & Gas
Trident BMC offers full design capabilities including site surveys to conduct 3D scans, design and installation services for pipe work and high-pressure pipeline systems including exotic materials (super-duplex, Inconel, stainless steel, copper, carbon steel, GRE, GRP, UPVC, GF).

Our team offers turnkey solutions that include design and engineering, construction, installation and maintenance. We work on a wide range of electrical automation and power distribution systems, mechanical installations and pipe systems. Our parent company, Trident Maritime Systems, is one of the largest suppliers and integrators of marine HVAC and refrigeration systems in the U.S. with an intensive R&D division to ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation.
